Reston, VA (PRWEB) October 06, 2011
The American Society of Appraisers (ASA) recently celebrated their 75th anniversary at ASA’s International Appraisers Conference August 14-17 in Washington, DC.
ASA originated in 1936. 75 years later, ASA has evolved into the industry leader in appraisal education and accreditation. ASA, a brand now recognized around the world as a leader in appraiser education and certification, was the first multi-discipline organization for appraisers. This continues today as ASA sits as the largest multi-discipline appraisal organization. ASA’s website houses its Find An Appraiser tool, where individuals can search for certified appraisers based on specialty and location.
“Reaching 75 years of success is a major milestone for any organization and this is the perfect opportunity to honor the achievements that have built ASA into an industry leader,” said Jane Grimm, Executive Vice President, ASA.
